I trained at the Anglia School of Hypnotherapy in 2014 and have developed a particular interest in treating Stress and Anxiety through my work with a local Mental Health hospital. Each session then consists of a personalised script, written specifically for you, with a recording to take home and listen to if needed. During a hypnotherapy session you will be given suggestions to help you to relax, you will be in control during the whole session, hypnosis is very similar to being in a day dream. During the session, as your mind begins to relax, then your subconscious mind becomes open to positive suggestions. It is an incredibly effective and safe therapy and is endorsed by the NHS.
